Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Orqon platform, including the website, APIs, AI-powered email labeling, and all related features and tools.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "We", "Us", or "Orqon" refers to the company operating the Service.
• "Content" refers to any data, text, emails, labels, or other materials processed through or generated by the Service.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service without our express permission
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or any harmful or unsolicited content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Google Account Integration

Our Service allows you to connect your Google account to enable email synchronization and AI-powered labeling. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Orqon to access your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard settings. Disconnecting will stop further data synchronization, but previously processed data may be retained in accordance with our data retention policy.

AI-Powered Services

Orqon uses artificial intelligence to analyze and label your emails. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated labels and classifications are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that AI classifications will be error-free. You acknowledge that AI-based labeling may occasionally misclassify emails, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying labels as needed.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Orqon and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email data and any content you provide. By using the Service, you grant Orqon a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orqon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orqon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
